Caitlin’s Experience as an Intern

I have had a chance to designing unique travel itineraries, provide exceptional customer service. As a tourism student I wanted a platform to contribute to the ever-evolving world of travel and tourism and working at JacTravel is a perfect environment to do so.

Ross’ Experience as an Intern
I would definitively say the highlights of my placement would be the FAM trips. It was great to experience what we book for our clients! However, joining the team on a trip to experience working in the Palma de Mallorca office and attending the WebBeds summer party was an experience I will never forget!
I would recommend this placement to anybody with a creative mind and a drive to deliver experience. The job is very rewarding as you get to create unique tours and deliver these for clients from start to finish. It’s great knowing that we have delivered amazing memories for our clients!
JacTravel has plenty of opportunities to excel and learn. They also put a big emphasis on their employee’s mental health and wellbeing, which I think is very important within any business environment.
